It depends on what you already use. We start with your existing email, calendar and invoicing software, then add well-known AI tools where they help. We'll always explain what we're using and why, and any subscriptions are in your name.

Not unless you want it to. By default, helpers draft and you approve. That's house rule number one.

Everything is done remotely by video call and screen share, so we can help anywhere in the UK. We're based in Devon.

The aim is that you leave with at least one job handed over. If we can't find anything useful to do in the session, we'll refund it in full.

No. The first chat, a short presentation and your written proposal are free, with no obligation to go ahead.

Yes. Our first 5 clients get 20% off monthly care for their first 3 months. A place goes to each of the first 5 paid setup deposits (a quick-win or plan on its own doesn't take one). It's on care only, and full care prices apply from month 4. Paying yearly? The first 5 clients pay a special first-year price: £2,999 for Core, £4,599 for Pro or £5,999 for Care Plus.

Keeping your helpers running, plus changes each month: up to 2 hours on Core (£299 a month), 4 hours on Pro (£449, plus a monthly report) or 6 hours on Care Plus (£649, which also has the monthly report and priority; we aim to reply within 1 working day). On Core and Pro we aim to reply within 2 working days. Each level includes everything in the one below. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. Anything more is charged as extra time, and we'll always ask first.

Our top care level, and the one we recommend: everything in Pro (including the monthly report), plus up to 6 hours of changes a month and priority response (your requests go first, and we aim to reply within 1 working day), for £649 a month. Starting on Care Plus also gets you setup for £995 instead of £1,195, extra time at £75 an hour instead of £85, and a £150 credit for any business you refer. If you cancel or move down from Care Plus within your first 6 months, the £200 setup saving is added to your final or next invoice (if you pay yearly, it's taken off your refund instead). This doesn't apply if you cancel within your 14-day cooling-off period. Unused hours don't roll over, and you can cancel any time.

Yes, any time. You pay the difference between the two levels for what's left of your current month, then the new price from your next month. If you pay yearly, you pay the difference between the two yearly prices for what's left of your year. If you're a launch client, your launch discount comes with you: the 20% off carries on at the new level for the rest of your first 3 months, or, if you paid a first-year launch price, you pay the difference between the two first-year prices (for example £1,400 from Pro to Care Plus) for what's left of your year.

We'll always agree it with you first. Extra time is £85 an hour on Core and Pro, or £600 for a full day (7.5 hours). The day rate is for Core and Pro only. On Care Plus it's £75 an hour, so a full 7.5-hour day is £562.50. If you're on Core or Pro and you pay for extra time 2 months running, we'll suggest Care Plus, which gives you more hours each month.

Yes, and it's our best value. Pay 12 months of any care level up front and save 10%: £3,229.20 a year for Core, £4,849.20 for Pro or £7,009.20 for Care Plus. If you're one of our first 5 clients, you pay a special first-year price instead: £2,999 for Core, £4,599 for Pro or £5,999 for Care Plus. You can still cancel any time: we refund what you paid, less the full monthly price for each month that has started. No automatic renewal. We'll remind you 30 days before the year ends.

Yes. If you're a client and someone you refer pays a setup deposit, you get a £75 credit off your next care month or invoice. If they start on Care Plus, it's £150. And if you're on Care Plus yourself, it's £150 for any referral. If you got £150 because they started on Care Plus: if the business you referred leaves Care Plus within 3 months, the credit drops to £75; if the £150 has already been applied, the extra £75 is added to your next invoice. It's credit, not cash, and it lasts 60 days. There's no limit.

No. Setup is a one-off price (£1,195, or £995 if you start on Care Plus), paid half when you accept the written scope and half at go-live. Monthly care is optional, month to month, and you can cancel or move down a level any time.
